It's icons have been designed to be instantly recognizable representations of WTS features on both the Main Site and the Handheld device software. Above the toolbar is 3 tabs that change the view of the toolbar. Assets, Packages, and Visitors.

On the left side of the main screen is a quick search toolbar. This provides a way for you to search for current packages, assets and visitors that are currently in the system as well as some useful reports.

The package tab toolbar's icons are as follows:

Recipient Names

When you click on recipient names from the main tool-bar it will have 2 options at the top.

* Add recipients
* Browse recipients

The main recipient names screen also has a search utility just below the add and browse recipients buttons. which allows you to search for recipients using search criteria you enter in.

The '''add recipient''' option is where you can and someone that is not in the system to this so they can be found when delivering packages. The '''browse recipients''' allows you to look through the recipients to see what recipients are already in the system. You can browse through the names by selecting the first letter of their first name using the alphabet at the top or an '''All''' option which will show everyone. Below the alphabet line is the list of recipients where you can edit them or even start receiving a package for them.

The Dashboard

The WTS Dashboard is a tool that allows the user to customize readily accessible informational displays equivalent to a “dashboard” on a car.

The Dashboard customization is saved according to the user who sets it up, so each individual user can customize according to their needs without affecting other users Dashboards. This gives WTS a personal Dashboard layout for each user.

The Dashboard consists of [[Widgets|WTS Widgets]]. It is separated into two sections, the active widgets and the available inactive widgets, otherwise known as the toolbox.

To change the widgets you're currently viewing on your dashboard, you just need to simply drag the widget to the dashboard. To add a widget, drag it from the toolbox, which is on the right side of the screen onto the dashboard which is the center of the screen. To remove a widget, drag it from the dashboard back to the toolbox.

There are many widgets to choose from, although, not all widgets are available to all users. If you can think of a widget you would like to see, please feel free to contact us.

SQBX is a package receiving and delivery tracking system designed to be used over the internet to offer unparalleled access to data from anywhere without requiring an expensive infrastructure within the organization to support it.

In it's simplest implementation, you only need a single PC however it is most commonly used in conjunction with hand-held devices running one of the SQBX disconnected clients. These hand-helds take the simple SQBX concept and make it much more than the sum of it's parts; allowing for remote queries by individuals inquiring about the whereabouts of a package, signature capture at multiple delivery points as well as being able to receive packages into the organization from remote locations.

It has been designed so that anyone can quickly pick it up with minimal training and resources and quickly get the most out of it.
