If you do not know the IP address of the cradle, please refer to [http://help.sqbx.com/index.php?title=Cradle_IP_Address Cradle IP Address], if you already know or have it, please continue.

To find the MAC address, open the '''Command Prompt''' on your desktop computer. To do this, click on "'''Start'''", then open "'''All Programs'''", then proceed to the "'''Accessories'''" folder. Once there, you can now click on "'''Command Prompt'''".

Once Command Prompt is open, type "'''arp -a'''" then hit enter. This will display all the IP Addresses connected in your network along with their appropriate Physical Address (or MAC Address) to the right. Locate your IP Address in the list and to the right is your IP Address.
