You can manage you recipient data by selecting the recipients icon in the main toolbar. Note that if you have renamed recipients on your receiving form the icon may somethin different e.g. Employees, Students, etc. You can add recipients, browse recipients, and also receive a package from here.

The main recipient names screen also has a search utility just below the add and browse recipients buttons. which allows you to search for recipients using search criteria you enter in. Note that when you find a recipient the check mark next to the employee name redirects you to the receive screen with this recipients details prepoulated.

By selecting '''Add Recipient''' you can add a recipient to SQBX so they can be found when receiving packages. The '''Browse Recipients''' allows you to look through the recipients to see what recipients are already in SQBX. You can browse through the names by selecting the first letter of their first name using the alphabet at the top or an '''All''' option which will show everyone. Below the alphabet line is the list of recipients where you can edit them or even start receiving a package for them.
