When using Java, the security certificate will pop-up to allow the Java Applet sometimes someone will choose Disallow, this will stop Java from working in the browser. To reset the security prompt do the following:

1. Go to "Configure Java" under the Java folder

2. Go to the "Security" Tab and select "Restore Security Prompts"

3. Select "Restore All"

4. Open WTS in a supported browser and select "Receive"

5. A Java Application will will pop-up. Select the check box "Do not show this again for apps from the publisher and location above" and select "Run"

Note: Every time that Java is needed that is a different location this box will appear. Make sure to check the box and select Run for every box.
