==User Admin==

When you first view this screen, it is separated in 2 sections. The first section is for creating a new user. The second is for managing the current user database.

The following are options available to you when managing the users:

*Edit tool = Allows you to edit the associated user or remove them

*Activity = Shows if any packages were received by the user

*De-Link = This disconnects users ability to use hand-held until they log out and back into SQBX using the hand-held

*Unlock = This will occur when a user locks their account after 6 unsuccessful attempts. Click on the lock icon to unlock the user so they re-attempt to log back into SQBX

When creating or editing a user, the options below will be available to you:

*Name = Full name of user

*User Name = The name they are going to use to log into SQBX

*Password/Verify Password = Change/assign a password for the user. This will require you to type it 2x for verification. When inputting a password, observe the octopus above the submit key. It is a bar graph displaying the password strength. It must be at least at medium strength which is a yellow color. This means it should be 8 characters in length, one capital letter and a number included. An example of an acceptable password would be Password1

*Email Address = Assigns an e-mail address to the user account. Needed for e-mail functionality within sqbx

*Job Function = This allows you to assign a user to a specific job category or group. These groups can be modified through the main admin menu under Job Function Management

*Permissions = This is where you assign and block access to certain area's of SQBX. These options allow you to build 3 different types of classes of users listed below:

'''Receivers & Deliverers:''' Users who receive parcels into the organization or deliver them to their final destination. They have the ability to modify package details and including delivery statuses
