The program is a package receiving and delivery tracking system designed to be used over the internet to offer unparalleled access to data from anywhere without requiring an expensive infrastructure within the organization to support it.
In it's simplest implementation, you only need a single PC. However, it is most commonly used in conjunction with hand-held devices running one of the disconnected clients.
