Support Browsers:
Below are the supported browsers for WTS. We always recommend to load the latest version of a browser, as this is the version that is tested.
Internet Explorer: 9, 10 and 11
Firefox: Version 40.0 and above
Google Chrome and Safari are not supported browsers because they do not support NPAPI Plugins such as Java. Java is used for the printers and the signature pad to work properly.
NEOPOST RECOMMENDS Internet Explorer 11 first before any other browsers.
