JAVA DOES NOT RUN ON INTERNET EXPLORER
If a customer first ran Google Chrome on a 64bit computer then they would of downloaded Java 64bit version. However Windows 7 comes with both Internet Explorer 32bit and 64bit.
Java Check for Internet Explorer 1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to java.com/verify.
3. Select "Agree and Continue"
4. Select the check box and "Run" to allow the certificate
5. Select More Options in the bottom left, check the box, and "Continue" to continue after verification.
NOTE: If the Java does not verify, then download and run the most recent Java version from Java.com from Internet Explorer.
SCREEN DOES NOT SHOW CORRECTLY (OFFSET ITEMS)
1. Add wts.neopost.com or the ip address of the WTS-P to trusted sites and assure Enable Protected Mode is NOT checked.
2. If the customer has Internet Explorer 10 or 11 make sure compatibility mode is OFF. If Internet Explorer 9 is being used make sure compatibility mode is ON.
SIGNATURE PAD IS NOT STARTING JAVA APPLET
1. "Click" in the signature pad box to start the applet
If that does not work try the following:
1. Go to Internet Options in Internet Explorer
2. Advanced Tab
3. Select "Reset" to reset Internet Options to default
