WTS is a package receiving and delivery tracking system designed to be used over the internet to offer unparalleled access to data from anywhere without requiring an expensive infrastructure within the organization to support it.
In it's simplest implementation, you only need a single PC. However, it is most commonly used in conjunction with hand-held devices running one of the WTS disconnected clients. These hand-helds take the simple WTS concept and make it much more than the sum of it's parts; allowing for remote queries by individuals inquiring about the whereabouts of a package, signature capture at multiple delivery points as well as being able to receive packages into the organization from remote locations.
