How To Locate The MAC Address Of The Cradle
The MAC Addresses are located on the underside of the cradle. If for some reason the sticker is missing or is unreadable, follow the steps below.
If you do not know the IP address of the cradle, please refer to Cradle IP Address. If you already know or have the IP Address, please continue.
To find the MAC Address:
1. Open the Command Prompt on your desktop computer. To do this, click on "Start", then open "All Programs", then proceed to the "Accessories" folder.
2. Then click on "Command Prompt".
3. When the Command Prompt is open, type "arp -a" then hit enter. This will display all the IP Addresses connected in your network along with their appropriate Physical Address (or MAC Address) to the right. Locate the IP Address in the list and to the right is the MAC Address.
The MAC Address is displayed in the following format: XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX (The MAC Address may have a numbers and/or lowercase letters.)
