If for some reason a user enters their password incorrectly 6 times, their account will get locked for a brief time. It will automatically unlock within the hour.

To unlock the account immediately:

  • First, have an administrator login and click on the admin icon. (The administrator menu will be displayed.)
  • Next, the administrator will need to click on User Admin, under the Administration column.
  • On this page, an account list will be displayed. A lock icon will be displayed next to the accounts that are locked.
  • Finally, simply click on the lock icon and the account will be unlocked.
