Support

Monday - Friday

If you are experiencing any issue with our software, hand-held device, a functionality with the system, or have any other questions, you can always contact us through our support system. The support button on the tool bar will direct you to a page where you can confirm your name for one of our representatives, a phone number, a brief description of what assistance you may need, and the severity of the issue. After you complete information that you wish to provide, you will be asked to download and install a file. This file is a program called Rescue that we use to establish a link to our support representative.

This software gives us many benefits such as:

  • Viewing your PC or hand-held device to see the exact issue in real time.
  • Taking control of the PC or hand-held device to give you hands on training in functionality.
  • Transfer of files to and from the PC or hand-held device.

Whether the issue is too complicated to be explained over the chat system, or you would rather talk to the representative, you may request that we call you. If we think the issue is too complicated to explain, we may request to call you as well. Here at Neopost USA, we strive to give you the best support possible.

If you contact us during our off-hours, you will be re-directed to our ticket system. Please provide your name, email address, a brief description about the issue, and the priority of the requested support. We will contact you as soon as possible.
