How to find the MAC Address of the Cradle
The MAC Addresses are located on the underside of the cradle. If for some reason the sticker is missing or is unreadable, follow the steps below.
If you do not know the IP address of the cradle, please refer to Cradle IP Address, if you already know or have it, please continue.
To find the MAC address, open the Command Prompt on your desktop computer. To do this, click on "Start", then open "All Programs", then proceed to the "Accessories" folder. Once there, you can now click on "Command Prompt".
Once Command Prompt is open, type "arp -a" then hit enter. This will display all the IP Addresses connected in your network along with their appropriate Physical Address (or MAC Address) to the right. Locate your IP Address in the list and to the right is your IP Address.
Your IP Address is shown here in the format of XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX (it may have a numbers and/or lowercase letters)
