- Destination Location: Program Files\Card Scanning Solutions\SDK - It is important that this is correctly set.
- Select SDK Components Ensure the following are selected.
- Drivers License, ID & Passports

- Live Update SDK
- Select software activation method Leave the check in "I don't have Activation Key" - As you're a WTS customer, we have licensed the software for you.

- Ensure that SnapShell Camera (Vista Compliant) IS selected. It should be the ONLY scanner selected.
You may be required to restart your PC once the SDK has been installed
Step 3: Install the Snapshell Java bridge
Once you've installed the driver and SDK to the correct location, you should download and install the Ubiquia Snapshell Java Bridge installer.
Finally
Once this is done, you should be able to scan drivers licenses.
You will know if the SnapShell scanner is working by the Green Light appearing when you enter the New Visitor Screen in WTS. If you do not get a green light on the New Visitor page, press CTRL+F5 to clear out any old versions of the Java Applet. If this fails, you may want to clear your cache files. Caveats
The SnapShell scanner requires a USB2 Port. It will not work correctly plugged into a USB1 Port.
The SnapShell scanner has been certified to work in Windows XP. It is known to work in Windows Vista however Windows 7 is problematic at the moment.
We will be working on a Windows 7 certified version soon.
