How to unlock another users account

If for some reason a user enters there password incorrectly 6 times, their account will get locked for a brief time. It will automatically unlock with the hour. If you need to unlock it right away, here are the instructions to do so:

• First have an administrator login and click on the admin icon (This will bring up the administrator men)

• Next, the administrator will need to click on User Admin, under the Administration column

• On this page, it will show all of the accounts that have been set up. You can see a lock icon next to the accounts that have locked themselves out.

• Finally, all you have to do is simply click on the lock icon and the account will be unlocked.
