Synchronizing Issues:

If you are having issues with synchronizing your handheld to your site, pelase check the following:


Connection:

Check the handheld is connected to a network by either the cradle and a LAN connection or if you use wireless that the wireless is on and working. The device should NEVER be connected to Wireless and on an Ethernet Cradle. Once you have checked the connection go into WTS and try to synchronize again.


Authentication:

You may receive a message if you have signed into multiple devices with the same credentials. Only one handheld can be logged in with a username at a time. Should you encounter this error, you will need to log out then back in again. No data will be lost and all of the activity on the handheld will be synchronized once you have re-authenticated the device.


If the previous options fail, you may need to restart your handheld to re-establish a connection with the server. No data will be lost and once the handheld restarts and you re-login to WTS the data should synchronize.
